How we review job listings
D2DJobs organizes opportunities from employer career pages, official recruitment notices, recruiters, and employer submissions. Before a listing qualifies for search indexing or advertising, our publishing checks require substantial role and eligibility details, skills, selection stages, a valid official source and application link, job-specific application steps, useful D2DJobs editorial guidance, and a source check recorded within the last 45 days. The automated checks measure completeness and freshness; an editor must still compare facts with the official source.
What we add
We structure the practical facts candidates need to compare opportunities: eligibility, experience, location, relevant skills, closing dates, selection steps, and how to apply. Each indexable listing must also include tailored application instructions and an original editorial note, such as role context, preparation pointers, or a useful point from the notice. We link to the source so readers can verify the opening and complete the application with the employer. We do not present copied third-party material as our own reporting or repeat one generic application paragraph across listings.
Incomplete or changing information
A listing that does not meet the publishing checks is excluded from job discovery and the sitemap, set to noindex, and does not display programmatic advertising. Excel uploads are activated and timestamped when uploaded; listings that fail completeness, source, duplicate, or expiry checks remain out of public discovery until their data is corrected. Openings can change, so candidates should always confirm details on the linked source before applying.
Employer submissions and paid placement
Employer-submitted jobs require administrative review before publication. Featured placement is clearly labelled and affects presentation only; payment does not guarantee publication or change our review standard. Browsing and applying remain free for job seekers.
Corrections and expired listings
Listings expire automatically 30 days after their source posting date, or their date added to D2DJobs when no source date is available. A supplied closing date can expire a listing sooner. The historical detail page returns a “Gone” status, is noindexed, has no application action or job-posting markup, and shows an expiry notice. If you find a closed role, broken link, incorrect requirement, or misleading detail, email contactsupport21@gmail.com with the listing URL and the correction. We will review the source and update, pause, or remove the listing as appropriate.
